At Suave, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 20 days after receiving your order to request a return.

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

• Be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached

• Not be sale or customized items (unless defective)

🔄 Return Procedure

1. Contact us at Support@Suaveshop.ca with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. We will send you a return label (if applicable) and detailed instructions.

3. Send the item back within 7 days after receiving the return instructions.

💰 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

• Return costs are:

  • Free if the error is on our part or if the product is defective

  • Covered by the customer in all other cases
